Development
The Formation Team is made of experienced developers with multiple years of experience along with subject matter experts on permitting, community engagement, real estate, interconnection, environmental, and construction. We focus our development on being community minded and site our projects with local communities and environments at the forefront. The years of experience that the team brings to each project means creative, engaged, and knowledgeable solutions that are tailored for the local community.
Mergers & Acquisitions
The Formation Team has deep experience on both sides of buying and selling projects. Our experienced due diligence team thoroughly evaluates projects from a developer perspective, while also being an excellent purchaser of projects as we can utilize our relationships with existing capital providers and owner/operators to facilitate transactions.
Power Purchase Agreements
Our team understands the variety of strategies for off-take and can help creatively engage with the right type of purchasers for each project. We have experience in nearly every market of the US and have worked on traditional off-take, Virtual PPAs, Feed in Tariff, Net-metering programs, hedges, and swaps. We pride ourselves on understanding the complexities of each project and finding the right off-take for each project.
